Pixelbar
Welcome to the Wiki of Pixelbar.
Pixelbar is a hacker space, which is a physical space where people interested in science, technology, or digital art (and many other areas) can meet, exchange ideas and work on projects.
Pixelbar is the hacker space of Rotterdam, Delft, Schiedam, Vlaardingen, Spijkenisse, The Hague and surrounding areas.
In this Wiki page we document our Space, the Tools and Services that are available, the Projects our members made and the Facilities our space provides.
Tools and Services
An important distinction between a hacker space and a maker space is that the former focuses on exchange of ideas, while the latter focuses on building stuff. While Pixelbar is mainly a hacker space, we do have some tools available such as 3d printers, soldering irons and hand tools for building stuff.
We offer Services to Pixelbar members, such as photo/video hosting.
Projects
Here you can find Projects of our members. Some projects are displayed in our Kallax Showcase.

LEGO Trading Post
At Pixelbar we have a LEGO Trading Post. If you become a member you can borrow a LEGO set which is available and enjoy building it when you are back home, or of course, when you are at the space. Have a look at the page.
Wiki Editing
To be able to edit the Wiki and create your own (project) pages, you will need a Wiki account. Ask the board to make an account for you.
