Pixelbar hosting the OTR Room

During Hacker Hotel, Pixelbar is hosting the Off The Record (OTR) Room in the meeting room Mozart. It’s a space where you can let your guard down and share stories that won’t leave the room. Think of it as an ‘Off-the-Record’ room filled with security/technology-related war stories, anecdotes, rants, discussions, and even Q&A sessions. Whether it’s thrilling zero-day adventures or experiences you won’t see on cameras or the internet – everything stays in the OTR Room.

The OTR Room is all about trust and sharing things you wouldn’t normally talk about. No cameras, no recordings. Just a safe place to tell your story or listen to others who have something unique to share.

Keep posted for announcements about what’s happening in the OTR Room throughout the weekend. There will be plenty of opportunities to participate, listen, and engage in exclusive discussions and activities.

Attention all coffee (& tea) enthusiasts! Get ready for an unforgettable Tasting Experience happening in the OTR Room at HackerHotel. This is your chance to share your love of coffee, explore unique flavors, and connect with others who appreciate the craft as much as you do.

Here’s what we have in store:

• Bring Your Hometown Coffee: Showcase the beans that represent your region, your favorite roaster, or a unique origin.
• Brewing Methods & Recipes: Share your time-tested recipes, precise pour-over techniques, or creative brewing hacks.
• Manual Brewing Gear: From French press, Aeropress, Chemex, V60, moka pot, to the classic percolator—bring your tools and show off your brewing style!

This isn’t your average coffee station! **No push-button machines here—you have to work for your coffee.**

But don’t worry — if you just want to watch, learn, and sip, you’re absolutely welcome! **If you want to brew some tea, that’s fine too!** This is as much about showcasing the brewing process as it is about tasting the results. Whether you’re here to share, to learn, or simply to enjoy, there’s a place for you.
