Cleaning

Every member is responsible for cleaning the space, this page serves as a guide.

Equipment & Supplies

Supplies can be found in the back left corner of the space, see the image below.

Trash

There are 2 trash bins in the space, located near the entrance. In these bins you can place most waste with some exceptions:

• Drink containers with 'Statiegeld' listed on them go into the wheelie bins near the entrance
• Glass bottles (Mate or beer for example) go into the crates
  • These are either under the revbank or the back left of the space (from the entrance)
• Cardboard should be taken to the building's Garbage Containers.
  • Cardboard could be placed near the entrance once used so we're all reminded to take it

If these bins have food put in them, they must be emptied before the space is closed. It might be a good idea to replace the bin bags once everyone is done eating and place them by the stairs, this way it's easy to see that trash needs to be removed.

It is all our responsibilities to clean the space - do not think someone else will do it - grab a bag on your way out.

PLA Recycling

PLA (and only PLA) can be recycled by putting it the box under the BambuLab A1 printer.

Anyone putting anything other than PLA in this will be condemned to the Dark Room.

Cleaning Ideas

Want to help out but unsure where to start? Here are some ideas!

• Wipe down some surfaces - the hacking table, the kitchen table, the sides.
• Vacuum a portion of the space
• Wash up some dishes that you see
• Take out the trash
• Put things back in their place (and if they don't have a place - make one!)
