To visit the space, this is a requirement to fill in to lower the risk of spread of Covid-19. If you don't you will either lose access to the space or be denied. We are taking this very serious.
We have a max. count of 10 people in the space per day. Please add the day you would like to visit (be sure to do this before you visit the space, which can be just 5 min beforehand for example). No further than 3 days ahead.
We are obliged to record names (can be nicknames, as long as we can track the person) and provide this to the GGD in case of an infection/outbreak within the space.
If you feel uncomfortable with sharing your name or nick, please contact the bestuur so we can take it into our administration privately.
